I’ll start by sharing mine….it’s been LinkedIn! I kept my resume updated, fresh, and relevant. My last two jobs that I moved into were a direct result of my LinkedIn profile and messages that were sent to me via LinkedIn from recruiters looking for my skill set. You have to actively manage who you are on LinkedIn and check those messages!

In recent years, I finally realized how important it is to NETWORK! We might think we don’t have the time, or we may not feel like it (especially at the end of the day), but it is truly worth it. Networking is energizing because you get to connect with people in the same or different industries, professionals who are in the same boat as you, or people who might be able to “welcome you aboard”!
